Animations Workaround....

I was trying to make an image spin and I could not do it in animations. I have an epiphany…Google Slide/PowerPoint has a lot of animation controls. Here is my workflow:

      • I took the image into Slides
      • Set the animation to spin
      • Started a screen recording in WeVideo
      • “Presented” the slideshow so it would be fullscreen
      • Hit the arrow key to activate the animation so the controls and pointer were not visible.
      • Ran it a few times to make sure I had enough to work with

While not a perfect solution it did EXACTLY what I needed. I am curious what other things I can do with the animation controls in Slides…

That’s cool. I think you can really do a lot with this, especially if you made your Google Slideshow background green or blue. You could then take that spinning clip and then remove the green background using the chromakey effect.

I did that on another project. I needed some text to do something and I made the background green
